It is true that effective, competent, intellectual property counsel isn’t cheap – but that doesn’t mean it should cost a fortune.  We believe in providing high quality legal services at a reasonable price.  We keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to our clients.  Most of our patent, trademark and copyright prosecution services are conducted on a flat-fee basis, so you’ll know upfront how much a given project is going to cost.  When it comes to litigation or other billable hour work, our rates are among the most competitive in the business.    We also promise that we won’t nickel and dime you to death with silly fees on things like in-office copies and incoming faxes.  We believe that having a fax machine is a cost of doing business, not a source of revenue.
